The mantra and sound element of Kundalini Yoga is one that is very near and dear to This heart… I have been extremely blessed to work with some phenomenally talented musicians who have deeply inspired my practice and the way that I am able share these teachings with my students. I am especially grateful to special guest musicians and fellow yogis Jamie Sherman, Pierre Nesta & S√©bastian Marconato, pictured here at the inaugural jam session of “Studio This heart…” All love & gratitude to these beautiful souls who bring such joy and intensity to our meditations!

I had the immense ¬†honor and privilege of being a guest at Spa Chance Harbour in New Brunswick, Canada this month, where these lovely photos were taken by my magical friend and skilled Reiki Master Keri-Lynn Calp. It is with absolute gratitude that I thank the spa’s generous and loving owners, as well as all those who assisted in the organization of the many fruitful yoga, meditation, mantra and sound events! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am feeling so very, very blessed!
