What is S A D H A N A ?

Sadhana is a daily spiritual practice that allows us to energize and balance the body, to clear the mind and the subconscious. It’s a self-discipline in which we confront the tendencies of the mind and ego and invite the Soul and our intuition to thrive. Sadhana, in its essence, is a process of refinement, development and mastery of the Self. There are many forms and techniques used to create the experience known as Sadhana. Each tradition of mastery, whether it be yoga, martial arts, or other performing arts, has explored and refined techniques that lead to the greatest progress for the individual, in the least amount of time, toward the goals of that tradition. In Kundalini Yoga, the goal is
A W A R E N E S S . The goal is awareness, caliber, consciousness and the ability to live as a fulfilled and unique human being.

How can we manifest our human excellence?
How can we live happy, healthy lives?

The answer is Sadhana.
